The Theater is open 365 days a year! Operational hours vary according to the films’ running times. The box office opens 30 minutes before the first film of the day and closes immediately  after the last screening of the day is seated.

Reservations and credit card orders cannot be taken over the phone. Patrons are encouraged to use this website for tickets or to purchase them at the box office. Seating is on a first-come, first served basis—except for groups contacting us in advance.

Every Wednesday, all films are screened with Open Captions (text appearing on the bottom of the big screen). Closed Caption assistive devices are available for free every day; just ask at the concessions counter. Captioning and audio description (via free headsets) rely upon technology embedded in films; not every film offers this.

In addition to men’s and women’s restrooms, the Theater offers a private, gender-neutral restroom able to accommodate families, walkers and wheelchairs.

The Theater is pleased to issue ticket exchanges (“swaps”) for regular screenings when contacted at least 24 hours in advance of your ticketed showtime. Ticket swaps or refunds are never possible for special screenings or for events at the Theater that are designated as nonrefundable at the time of purchase.
