The Lindsay Theater BYOB Policy
If you’d like to toast a film, the Theater allows audience members 21 and older to bring their own six-packs of beer or bottles of wine to be consumed in our screening rooms, according to the following policies:
- Patrons must be 21 years or older and provide a valid photo ID to obtain a cup and a wristband that is worn the entire time they are inside the Theater.
- This privilege has a nonrefundable corkage fee of $10 per bottle or six-pack.
- Patrons, 21 or older, can bring up to 1 six-pack of beer or 1 bottle of wine per person; all alcohol must be officially checked in at the BYOB check-in counter.
- Liquor of any kind, including hard alcohol, mixers, liquids in flasks or unmarked bottles, and any unchecked alcohol are not permitted.
- The Theater reserves the right to inspect all packages, purses, bags and backpacks at the door. Box Office staff also has the right to confiscate any alcohol not checked-in and/or not permitted within guidelines, and will hold it at the Box Office for pickup after the film.
- The Theater will dispose of any alcohol left behind.
- The opportunity to BYOB relies on all participants’ good judgment, respect and courtesy of others, and good stewardship of this nonprofit’s physical assets.
- Any patron/group becoming a disturbance to others or attempting to share alcohol with a minor will be ejected from the Theater.
Please note that the Theater can stop offering this option or adjust BYOB operational practices at any time without any notice.
