Emerging Filmmakers Showcase
The Emerging Filmmakers Showcase (EFS) responds to local filmmakers seeking the invaluable opportunity to share their work on the big screen, grow audiences and attract new crew.
Independent filmmakers receive free access not only to The Theater’s big screen, with superior picture and sound quality, but also technical, promotional, marketing and other Theater staff expertise.
As a result, EFS supports the cinematic industry and strengthens artistic networks while creating an opportunity for the public to connect with local emerging talent at Red Carpet events and add more art to their lives.
To date, the Theater has worked with over 70 filmmakers of various backgrounds whose work has attracted about 2,700 diverse audience members across the region.
