In brief: History Center program, summer camps and more in Sewickley area
The Edgeworth Bridge Club is sponsoring POP-UP Bridge games on April 20 and June 29 from 2-5 p.m. The games will be hosted by The Lindsay Theater and Cultural Center in the community room. All bridge players from beginners, social bridge players to spouses of players, are welcome. The games are free, as is parking on Sundays.
Two Emerging Filmmaker Showcases are set: Through the Kaleidoscope: Diversity in Film on April 17 and RedSlate Films Shorts Showcase on April 23.
The Lindsay has partnered again with the Sewickley Valley Historical Society to screen the Vietnam War documentary Return to Dak To at 7 p.m. April 24.
The Lindsay has also partnered with YaJagoff! on a screening of local director Michela Hall’s The Pillion, a documentary about the region’s motorcycle community, on May 1 at 7 p.m.
