In Brief: ‘Caregiving’ Documentary Screening, Sweet Jazz Concerts and More in Quaker Valley

The Lindsay Theater is partnering with WQED and Comfort Keeper’s Western PA branch to screen the new PBS documentary Caregiving on June 26 at 7 p.m. Bradley Cooper produced and appears in this documentary about the challenges and triumphs of caring for ill or aging loved ones. Uzo Aduba (Orange is the New Black) narrates it—both she and Cooper have firsthand experience taking care of sick parents.

There will be a reception prior to the half-hour screening from 6-7 p.m. It will be followed by a panel discussion with local experts as caregivers and those in the field of providing full-time care. The event is free, but people should RSVP online at thelindsaytheater.org/event/caregiving.
