Autism Pittsburgh’s Azure Family Concerts Summer Series arrives at The Lindsay with a special Family Funtime with Monique and Family extravaganza. Join one of Pittsburgh’s most prominent musical families to hear world-class performances on harp, piano, and two violins. RSVPs are requested for this free event taking place on Sunday, June 30 from 2 to 3 p.m. at The Lindsay.
Audience members are free to sit, stand, walk around, dance and more while experiencing 45 minutes of live music ranging from classical, tango, jazz, and Disney favorites. An “Instrument Petting Zoo,” where attendees can learn more about instruments—and even play them—is offered following the concert.
A designated Quiet Room is always nearby and easy to access. All behaviors are welcome!
Autism Pittsburgh’s Azure Family Concerts series is designed to foster community for people with autism by presenting interactive concerts in a welcoming environment, recognizing that autism and related challenges can present barriers to attendance and engagement in a formal concert setting.
