West Point Ballet Summer Showcase

West Point Ballet returns to The Lindsay to celebrate its students’ hard work and dedication to their craft.
The Coraopolis-based dance studio will hold its annual Summer Showcase in The Lindsay’s Community Room on Friday, Aug. 8, at 6 p.m. This event is free, and no tickets are required for admission.
This showcase is the culminating event of West Point Ballet’s five-week summer program. Students will display the progress they’ve made. Their time to shine will include performances of classical ballet, contemporary dance, musical theater and partnering.
West Point Ballet was founded in 2014 by Cynthia Castillo and Damien Martinez, both esteemed graduates of the Cuban National Ballet School in Havana. Over the past decade, West Point Ballet has earned recognition for its outstanding training, with graduates continuing to thrive professionally in the dance world.
