Tonight’s Emerging Filmmakers Showcase boasts the world premiere of director Jess Kaeden’s folk horror feature “KHAF,” which focuses on a contemporary Pennsylvanian farm family that runs afoul of their patron deity, the Carthaginian demon Moloch, who demands the sacrifice of an unborn child. "KHAF" was shot entirely in the Pittsburgh area and produced by Kaeden’s Spinning Web Productions, BOX STUDIOS, Mike Ancas, Debbie Adams, Wes Fisher, Danny Langston, Benjamin Mero, and SLEEP IN FEAR (the SFX artist who also created props and masks for the film). Starring Samantha Ainsworth, Hattie Baier, Brian Ceponis and Kenneth Pierce.
The screening will be followed by a Q&A with Kaeden and other cast and crew.
This event is free to the public but reservations are recommended as space is limited.
