In Brief: The Lindsay Theater Events, Upcoming Meetings and More in Sewickley Area

The Lindsay’s next Emerging Filmmakers Showcase is the high school drama Space Cowboy on Aug. 6 at 8 p.m. It follows a soccer player who develops an opioid addiction following a season-ending injury. It was co-written by and stars Penn Hills/Wexford native Lorenzo Zottoli, and also co-stars Wexford native Brooklyn Ramirez.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day is showing at The Lindsay, and a sensory friendly screening is set for Aug. 8 at 10 a.m.

West Point Ballet’s Summer Showcase is set for Aug. 7 at 6 p.m. West Point’s students will use The Lindsay’s Community Room to show off everything they’ve learned this summer! It’s a free event, and no registration is required.
