‘Steel Links,’ a ‘Love Letter’ Documentary to Pittsburgh, Airs in Time for the U.S. Open
Steel Links started as a celebration of the U.S. Open’s history in the area and quickly evolved into a “tribute to Pittsburgh itself,” said creator and executive producer Brad Turkel.
Former Pirates second baseman Neil Walker will narrate and host Steel Links, which features stories from some of the city’s most iconic sports names talking about what makes Pittsburgh so special.
There will be an in-person showing at The Lindsay Theater and Cultural Center in Sewickley on June 9 at 7 p.m. Tickets are now on sale at thelindsaytheater.org.
