Winning Films from Mtn Craft Film Festival to be Shown in Sewickley

A film festival highlighting Appalachian filmmakers is headed to Sewickley’s Lindsay Theater and Cultural Center for the first time.

On Thursday, Sept. 10, The Mtn Craft Film Festival’s Winners’ Tour will make a stop at the theater, where the six winning short films from the 2025 festival will be shown.

“It’s to continue to shine a light on independent film production and these Appalachian filmmakers who submitted last year and won awards at the festival,” says Ben Berry, Mtn Craft’s founder and CEO.
